The interview process took 3 rounds. First, there was a screening (L1), then an L2 interview, and finally a HR interview. This process is very focused and moves faster than at other companies. They offer a good package based on your current CTC.

There were 2 interviewers. It began with basic questions about my resume and background. Then, we moved on to in-depth behavioral and technical questions. For example, they asked what I would do in certain situations, about a challenge I faced, and about the steps I'd take when something occurs.

Technical Technical

So I had this interview for a Business Analyst role. It was supposed to be 3 rounds. The first round was aptitude, and the second was technical, both went okay. Then two days later, I got a call scheduling the third round, which they said was HR. But when I got to the third round, it wasn't HR at all, they started asking technical questions. What shocked me was they asked me to explain Bitcoin and crypto. I mean, seriously? For a BA role? They rejected me because I couldn't explain Blockchain to the interviewer.
