The interview process was quite smooth. It began with a written test covering testing fundamentals, which was relatively easy to pass. Next was a technical round that delved into automation testing and then manual testing, touching upon most areas of software testing. This section's focus varied based on your experience and specific role. Following that was a Delivery Management round, primarily focused on scenario-based questions and Agile methodologies. A Business Unit round might also be part of the process, especially for senior roles, involving more testing questions tailored to your profile. Finally, if you made it this far, there was an HR round for discussing salary and company-related matters. They were good about providing feedback, even if it was negative.

The interview was pretty simple, mainly about manual testing stuff. First, a quick HR call. Then, a technical part where they asked me questions about test cases, reporting bugs, and the defect life cycle. The interviewer wanted to see how I actually test things, not just what I know from books. They also looked at how I think about requirements, find weird cases, and explain problems. It was a good interview, let me show how I solve problems in real testing.
