First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CITYMD.
Office Manager
The interviewers seemed really professional and actually cared about figuring out my skills and experience. They made me feel comfortable so I could show what I'm good at, and the questions they asked were really thought out to see if I'd be a good fit for the job. They talked a lot about the company vibe, what they expect from people, and chances to grow, which made me feel like I could do well there. They listened well, gave helpful feedback, and answered my questions, making it feel open and like we were working together. It was a great, positive interview that got me excited to join such a modern company.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a major obstacle at work and explain how you successfully navigated it?
Site Manager
I got pre-qualified on the phone, then I met with the District Manager for about an hour. They asked standard manager questions, focusing on management and team development experience, not necessarily medical background. The interview felt like a good conversation, going over an hour. The DM even showed me the patient rooms on my way out, which seemed like a positive sign. I was told I'd hear back within the week, but I didn't. Three weeks later, I was informed they chose someone else. I'm confident in my skills and felt I aced the interview, but that's how it goes.
- Can you describe your management style?
- How have you handled internal conflicts or issues within an office environment?
- What are your strategies for developing and growing a team?
Site Manager
I had an interview with the VP of CityMD. It was very professional, but they made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The vibe was super welcoming, and it felt more like we were just chatting than a formal Q&A.
- Can you explain how your extensive sales background, spanning over two decades, applies to the healthcare industry, particularly within urgent care settings?
