Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process took about a month from application to rejection. It involved several 30-minute interviews: one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and three with other team members. There was also a case study where I had to propose a process redesign in a five-slide presentation, with two days to complete it. This presentation was given to a panel. I received no feedback on the decision, which felt pretty brutal after a month of interviewing.

The first interview went great and the recruiter told me to sign up for a second interview time, and then they'd send a confirmation and a link for a video interview. I never got the confirmation email and didn't hear back when I followed up before the interview. I still haven't heard anything from the recruiter about why it wasn't confirmed or why this communication breakdown happened. People take time off to prepare for these things. It's super disrespectful of their time when you can't even let them know you're running late, let alone send a confirmation.
