Had a good experience with the City of Winnipeg hiring process. First, I completed two skill assessments, and upon passing those, I was invited for a video interview.

Behavioral

It was a one-stage virtual interview, with standard questions, and one HR representative, maybe because it was an entry-level position. The interview was held in the morning and I got the offer afternoon, the same day. I had been sent a test to complete a few weeks earlier when I applied for the position.

Behavioral Other

The interview was really weird and scripted. They had all the questions printed out on paper, gave me a copy at the start, and called it a "behaviour" like test. I was interviewed by two people, the department manager and someone from HR. It felt really impersonal and scripted.
