The interview was a panel with three people. Two were from the department I applied for, and one was from another department. They gave me a binder with all the questions at the beginning, which was nice. They asked questions one by one. It was professional and conversational. They wanted to see if I was qualified and fit the department’s goals and culture.

I submitted a general application online and got a response fairly quickly. Then I scheduled an in person interview. The interview was short with some basic questions about your skills and why you want to work at the company. Overall it was an easy process but watch out for application deadlines.

It was a pretty standard and short interview over Zoom. They asked standard questions and about my motivation and inspiration to join the agency. It felt very informal for the first steps until the next process. The next steps were easy and then I met with HR for onboarding.
