The interview process involved one main interview session that lasted approximately 30 minutes. Three staff members were present. They provided guest parking, which was appreciated. The discussion focused primarily on my previous experiences and challenges I've encountered and overcome in group projects.

Student Worker
Simple entry level job interview. Two managers of the department conducted the interview. They asked generic interview questions. Was not hired right away they called a few days later to offer me the job.

Intern
I was referred to the position and communicated via email. The interview questions focused on my resume. The interviewer was personable and great, and it felt like they wanted to ensure it would be a good fit, as is typical in interviews. Remember to be yourself.
