The interview process was pretty straightforward, but it was a bit strange because they grade you out of 100 like a test. I think the interviewers were instructed to be as unresponsive as possible to see how I would react, as they didn't smile or provide any feedback at all.

This was a 30 minute interview with two senior engineers. They asked some road and transportation engineering questions. I would suggest brushing up on some road construction formulas before going. There were also a few personal/soft skill questions asked.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What is the significance of water pooling on a road?
  • Could you explain the difference between concrete and cement?

It was pretty fast. They asked more personal questions and nothing specific to the role. There were 2 engineers interviewing me. Have your ID ready because they first ask to fill out some forms.
