I was reached out to by HR by email to start. Then I had a virtual interview for my technical skills, problem solving skills and knowledge of municipal operations. Then I had a final panel interview with the hiring manager and a team lead, where they asked behavioral and situational questions. Overall, it was a well-organized and professional experience with good communication.

Got an email to set up a phone interview. Did a phone interview with two people. They asked around 8 questions and it took about an hour. I got to ask my own questions afterwards. Then they asked me to email some documents for the process. It was a pretty straightforward interview, nothing tricky. If you can explain yourself well and have a good attitude, you'll be fine.
