The interview process will focus on non-technical questions. These questions are designed to assess personal qualities like your communication skills, how adaptable you are, your teamwork abilities, and your problem-solving skills. We want to see how you handle real-world experiences and behavioral responses. Basically, show us how you deal with workplace challenges, how you collaborate, how you manage uncertainty, and how you use judgment in practical situations. They asked some general behavioral questions, and then a couple of technical questions about machine learning concepts, specifically on class imbalance and how to tackle it, and also about my past projects.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process typically starts with a quick chat to go over my background and make sure I meet the basic requirements. If that goes well, the recruiter sets up a longer interview with the team to really dig into my technical skills, see if I'm a good cultural fit, check how I work with others, and answer any questions I might have.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me more about your past experience as detailed on your resume?

It was a behavior interview for an internship. They asked basic STAR method problems, and it was pretty nice. There were 3 behavior problems. There was no technical round for interns, but they said there is for AIS 1 and 2. The interviewers were very chill and relaxed. Overall, it was a nice experience.
