I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. A week after that, I had a panel interview with the hiring manager and some team members. Two weeks later, I had my final interview with senior leadership. I got the offer two weeks after the final interview.

I had 2 interview rounds with some pretty senior folks, ranging from Analysts to MDs. The first round was mostly behavioral and typical questions, but you really need to know your stuff about the Bank and the industry. It wasn't super tough, but definitely more than just an HR check. The second round was like a super day, where they really dug into my resume. I had two rounds of interviews with multiple interviewers from different teams in each room. It's important to know about the rotations they have and show you're interested, have some basic knowledge of general markets and the macroeconomy, and understand fundamental accounting, which is pretty easy to pick up.

The interview process started with a screening call with a VP. Following that, there was a superday with three different credit offices, each interview lasting an hour. No HireVue was used. The interviews were split evenly between behavioral and technical questions. It's important to have a good grasp of basic accounting and financial analysis, strong behavioral answers, and a good personality.
