I found the job posting on the company website and applied. Soon after, I got a text message from Mrs. Nickey Ellis, who was my interviewer and was awesome, suggesting a date and time for a phone interview. After completing that and some paperwork, I moved on to the next stage, which was a video interview. I ended up getting the job offer.

First, there was a phone call where I was asked several questions. Then, I had to complete a detailed assessment. I spoke with the recruiter again, and they scheduled an online interview. However, that interview wasn't possible, so we ended up having a brief phone conversation instead. I haven't been contacted about a face-to-face interview.
