I went through 2 rounds of interviews, each lasted about 30 minutes. For both interviews, I was asked about 2-3 questions and then had some time to ask the interviewer questions that I had prepared beforehand.

The interview process was surprisingly long. The HR recruiter was super friendly and enthusiastic, and it was great speaking with them. I had about 6 interviews, and they all went exceedingly well. However, I was then shocked to be coldly rejected by a formal, anonymous email with no reasoning provided. It wasn't what I expected, given the personal approach from the HR team, and it left me with a bad feeling about the brand and company.

The interview process was okay, though it felt like everyone was trying to sell me on their advanced tech, which seemed a bit outdated in reality. Digital marketing didn't seem highly valued. The initial recruiter call was via video and a lot of time was spent discussing driver's license requirements for the state I'd be working in. Later, the hiring team focused a lot on how the role involves constantly over-communicating the importance and results of SEO and digital marketing to the rest of the company. It was pretty clear these marketing functions were undervalued, which was also reflected in the low salary offered.
