Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Citrosuco.
Intern
The interview process is conducted via AI on WhatsApp. It's not personalized, and it feels like talking to a robot. The questions are relevant, but I don't think this dynamic is the best way to get to know a candidate.
- Can you describe a time you had to use a new idea to solve a problem and what the outcome was?
Intern
The group dynamic session was fantastic. They asked us to create a creative presentation about ourselves and then participated in a game simulating some of the risks inherent in the company's daily operations.
- They asked a lot about me and my experiences. As I told my story, they asked follow-up questions about the parts that interested them most, such as my scientific initiation.
- Can you present yourself creatively?
- Could you play a game that simulates some of the risks faced in the company's daily operations?
Intern
It was a group dynamic activity, then an interview with HR, followed by an interview with the manager. The vibe was friendly and the topics discussed were relevant. There was a case presentation involved. I also had an interview with multiple managers. They took about two weeks to give me the result.
- Why do you want to work at the company?
- Skills and competencies
