When asked about my journey, I started by explaining that I've always enjoyed learning and adapting to new challenges. I mentioned that in my last job, I had the opportunity to develop projects that required organization and proactivity, and this helped me grow a lot professionally. I also talked about my skills: I'm communicative, I like working in a team, and I'm good at solving problems practically. I added that I'm looking for a place where I can apply what I already know, but also continue learning. In the end, I made it clear that my goal is to contribute to the company's results and, at the same time, evolve as a professional.

Interview was good, coordinators were smart. It flowed more like a conversation. They were more interested in getting to know me as a person than doing technical cases. They invest a lot in the employee, and the team is really nice and willing to help from the start.

Behavioral Other

The selection process included common questions for any company interview. However, what caught my attention was the recruiter's behavior, who was laughing the whole time, possibly at jokes told by another employee. Also, her microphone was off, and I noticed some carelessness with what was being said. I even interrupted to confirm if I was understanding correctly before continuing. Another point was the confusion about the job description. At the beginning of the interview, it was one thing, but at the end, the recruiter asked me to forget what she had said and describe it again. This showed a total lack of respect. I really admire Citrosuco, and I want to continue believing it's an excellent place to work.
