When I first got there they ask me if I can fill out a CORI paper, and on it asked for my license number, mother's maiden name, father's name and last name, date of birth, and address. I don't know why they would need all of this. I felt like the interviewers did not really know what they were talking about and felt like they weren't that professional. Gave only a brief summary of the position and they didn't know how to answer the questions I asked them. Was told that the interview should last up to 15-20 minutes but it only lasted for 5 minutes.

A staffing agency found me for this temp-to-hire role. I had to fill out an online application first, and then they took a copy of my photo ID and had me fill out another form when I got there. I was taken to a small room where three people were sitting at a table, and a fourth person joined later. They asked some basic questions like about my strengths and weaknesses, but mostly, they framed their questions and responses negatively, talking about how draining and hard the job is. It seemed like they weren't trained interviewers, just people who work there. I decided not to continue with the hiring process.

I was in a group interview with two other people who also want to be attorneys. We were in a small conference room. I met with two panels, and both included the General Counsel. The other interviewers were senior associates. The interviews were conversational and there weren't any weird questions. It was a little tough to stand out initially because there were two other candidates, but it pushed me to come up with better answers. They asked about my experience with writing and oral advocacy, and if I was willing and available to travel.

The interview was awesome, more on the easy side, the company was very easy going. Dress as professional as possible. Arrive on time as time is a big thing for this company. The position is a phone-based position, so how you speak with the interviewers makes a big impact. The department heads who will also see you will ask if you've done phone work before and what makes you cut out for the job.
