I interviewed at CitiusTech and checked Glassdoor reviews. Initially, I thought the reviews were fake, so I continued. Later, I realized they were real and the process was bad. I finished the first round. A week later, I got an email that the job was closed. Two days after that, I got a call saying the process started again and my manager round would be scheduled. I agreed and the round went well. I asked HR for feedback multiple times (8-9 calls, 4-5 texts, 1 email) but got none. The recruiter, Irshad Tajewale, also did not give any feedback.

The initial screening and technical interview went well, and the interviewer was supportive. However, after the technical round, there was a month-long wait for the management round, with continuous delays. During the management round, the interviewer was late, explained the project, and then asked some technical questions, extending the interview beyond its scheduled time, which felt unprofessional. Later, the recruiter informed me they weren't moving forward with my profile, which felt like a waste of my time.

Got a call from HR and the interview was the next day. There were 2 rounds. The first was a Technical Interview the day after the call, lasting an hour with easy-medium questions about projects, technical aspects, and some HR. I was selected for the next round scheduled 3-4 days later, but it was cancelled by them. It was rescheduled after the weekend as a Managerial + technical interview. It lasted longer than the scheduled 45 mins, going over an hour, and the interviewer was not satisfied, cross-questioning me a lot.
