First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CitiusTech.
Business Analyst
This interview lasted about an hour. They mentioned that not having prior healthcare experience was fine. The person interviewing me asked about insurance, BA stuff, and agile concepts. I felt like I answered everything well and the interviewer said it went well. They said HR would follow up, but I never heard back, they just ghosted me.
- Questions about the insurance domain were asked.
- Questions about BA practices were asked.
- Questions about concepts of agile projects were asked.
Business Analyst
There were 3 rounds in total. Two were technical interviews, and one was an HR round. The technical interviews focused heavily on US healthcare topics. The first technical interview specifically delved into my summer internship experiences. The HR round was pretty standard, with a few straightforward questions.
- Can you elaborate on the US healthcare system?
- What are your thoughts on value-based care?
- How do the payment systems work in US healthcare?
Business Analyst
The interview process was straightforward for techno-functional roles on the claims side. However, technical hiring was very challenging. I was hired in 2015 and went through a 2-round interview. The final round was HR, and they were not open to negotiation. There might have been a variable component, but they paid the full amount. Thanks.
- Was the interview SQL-based?
- Did the interview cover US healthcare on the claims side?
