Behavioral Technical

We start with resume screening, where we check your qualifications and background. Then, there's a first-round interview, usually over the phone or video. This is mostly behavioral, to see if you fit and are motivated, but might have some technical finance questions too. If you pass that, you'll have one or more technical interviews. These will really test your knowledge of finance concepts, how to value companies, accounting, and financial modeling. You might have to analyze statements or do case studies.
