For the HK office: The first round involves an HR call to discuss your CV, motivations, and expectations. The second round consists of individual interviews with a Managing Director, two Executive Directors, and a Department Head. Each interviewer will ask different questions and have their own assessment criteria. Interviews will be conducted in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Candidates can typically choose two departments to interview for concurrently.
