I had 2 interviews with 2 programme execution directors. Both interviews were friendly and very casual. I was told in the first interview that they definitely wanted to see me again by the end of the interview, so I wasn't left waiting a long time.

Had 3 stages in the interview process: standard, technical, and senior member of staff. The first two stages were typical technical interview questions, and the final stage was more general. I was really flexible with them, interviewing on one day's notice for the final two stages, but then they ghosted me when I asked for feedback on whether I got the job.
