Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Citibank.
Internal Audit Analyst
Normal interview process. It was three phases. Two of them were screening type with one being a bit more technical. It was not difficult if you are a decently informed human being.
- Why do you want to work here?
Auditor
The interview has 4 steps. First, you'll talk to HR, then the Audit VP, followed by the Audit President, and finally HR again. There's a week of waiting time between each interview. The interview itself was smooth, but I haven't received any feedback for a couple of weeks. The website just says 'business review,' which is unclear.
- Can you tell me about your past work experiences?
Internal Auditor
It was ok. They would focus on your skills and experiences. The HR personnel and hiring manager are open to any questions you my have on the job. Better if you could be prepared with the bank’s history and background.
- Can you tell me why you applied for this role?
