The interview process was straightforward. The TA lead was clear about what to expect in each round. There were two rounds total: one with the TA lead and another with the VP of People.
- What are the most important aspects you seek in a new position?
Recruiter
the interview process itself was fine, nothing that really stood out. took a while to hear from the recruiter while coordinating. ultimately felt like the initial screen lacked depth - as the candidate, i was waiting for more but it never came. the recruiter almost seemed distracted and wasn't fully present
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in the position?
Talent Acquisition Manager
It was a really smooth and efficient process, combining technology with personal interaction. It moved quickly and communication was clear and strong. I met with several team members, colleagues, and senior leaders, which helped me make a well-informed decision.
