I already worked for the company for 2 years as a store assistant. To move up to store manager, there was a test and training. After that, I had a multi-step interview which was very professional. I was comfortable with the upper management.

They were not upfront about the shift work. They seem to be looking for just anyone to fill positions, not necessarily experienced candidates. It's implied that overtime is mandatory, as you can't leave if someone doesn't show up for their shift.

I went to my interview and on arrival I was very professional and I was on time. So as we continued the interview I listened to the interviewer and only talked when they were finished or when I was asked a question, you never want to over talk the interviewer. I made sure that I kept eye contact the whole time of the interview and I made sure also that I wore light colored clothes and that they were very professional. I gave a firm handshake and gave a dependable resume to show that if I was hired that they could depend on me. Not only just for work but also to always show up on time to do the work.
