First, a recruiter will give you a ring to make sure your application details are correct. They'll chat a bit about the sales job, your past work, and what you're hoping to earn. If it looks like a good match, they'll set up an online chat. Then, you'll get a link for an online meeting, so be sure to hop on right on time. A hiring manager or team lead will be interviewing you. They'll want to know about your skills, your previous jobs, and why you're keen on this gig. Be ready to dish on how you've handled certain things in a retail setting before. If you ace the interview, you'll hear that you got the job! You'll then pick the store you'd like to work at from the available spots. Once you confirm your preferred store, you'll get the lowdown on how to get started with onboarding.

I had a chat with the store manager, and it was pretty straightforward. We started with them asking me about my past work in customer service. They really wanted to know how I dealt with tough customers and stressful times. Then, the manager threw out some situations and asked me how I'd sort out customer issues or manage a super busy store. They also asked about when I can work, if I'm a team player, and if I fit with what the company believes in. I got to ask them stuff about the job and the store too. The manager finished up by saying what happens next and when I might hear back.

We started with a screening interview, which is usually the first time we directly connect with candidates. Then, there were phone screen interviews. After that, the first in-person interview took place, followed by a competency interview. We also had second and third interviews. There was an invitation to a social gathering. Finally, a final interview happened, and then a background check.
