It was an in-person interview with the manager. Just one round, asking basic questions about customer experience, availability, past work, and cash handling. They mentioned training would be provided for two weeks. They also said it's good if you know how to use a POS.

It was just basic questions like where I have worked previously and questions about my availability. The interview was short. Then I was asked to consent to a background check and then offered employment as soon as the background check came back clear.

Behavioral Other

The first part was easy. I was asked basic questions like 'why do you want to work here?' and stuff like that. Then the lady said I had to take a PAN test at another site. I went and they told me to call and make an appointment. I did make an appointment at 3:00 pm. The manager told me to wait in a room until he sets me up on the computer. I waited 20 minutes, then he came back and said: 'I thought you left.' Ten minutes later I walk up toward him to remind him I'm still back there and he yells at me. I took the test. The questions about math weren't hard but the questions about customer service were tricky because of how the questions where worded plus I don't know how they do things at Circle K. I thought it was a waste of time because people will get trained on the job about how to handle situations. When I was done, the guy told me they will call me, and for me not to call them. Overall very negative experience.
