District Manager
The interview process has a LOT of steps. I think I went through about 5 rounds of interviews/phone calls before they let me know if I got the job or not.
- Can you share an instance where you mentored an individual or developed a plan for their advancement?
- Describe a situation where you mentored someone and created a plan for their progress.
District Manager
had a telephone interview with some really stupid questions that didn't even apply to the position I was interested in. It seemed a bit disorganized and not consistent in their interview process. Future interviews need to be more personal and less impersonal. They tried to get my info without getting to know me, and gave no results to help me succeed in my job search.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
District Manager
I applied and had an initial interview at K Circle. I felt that the interview went well and was told to wait for two weeks for the manager to contact me. After a month of waiting with no update, I followed up with HR, but unfortunately, I received no response. It seems the HR did not handle the follow up properly. It would have been better if at least the interviewer was notified.
- Could you share your motivation for seeking employment with our organization?
