It was a multi-round process. HR was very supportive throughout. The technical interviews were at a good level, and there was also a programming round where questions covered all necessary skills.

They sent a case study to be solved within a few days, using the Airline passenger satisfaction dataset from Kaggle and some business questions. Tasks included building a ML-based model, EDA, and answering business questions. I had to prepare a good .ipynb notebook with comments and observations. Then there was an L1 Discussion, where they asked me to share my screen and explain the end-to-end process of the case study. This was followed by an L2 Discussion, which was a technical and scenario-based questionnaire round. Finally, an L3 Discussion with leadership, which was a behavioral round. But surprisingly, even after 4 rounds of interviews and collecting payslips, HR stopped picking up my call and ignored my emails.

Started with a recruiter call to chat about general stuff and check if I fit. Then a hiring manager interview that had a weird technical part. They made me code step-by-step, asking for specific Python/Pandas logic and insisting on one way to do it, not accepting other solutions.
