I had an intro meeting with the hiring manager, then a technical assessment. After that, I met with the Solutions Engineer Manager and it went really well. He even said I answered questions that most candidates miss. He then asked if I'd do another round of group interviews in person while he was in Dubai. Two weeks later, I followed up and was surprisingly rejected. I requested a feedback meeting because the rejection didn't make sense given my qualifications and how well the interviews were going. The hiring manager said he'd get back to me in a few days, but it's been three weeks of silence even after I followed up again. Glad I didn't move forward.

Technical Group

The interview process started with two rounds that were pretty standard, and there was a tech assessment in between. The third round was supposed to be a group interview with five senior people, including a VP. But, after the first interview that day, it was clear the interviewer wasn't really into it. It only lasted about 10 minutes, and then I got a generic rejection email. So, they had already made up their mind before the interview even really happened.

The recruiter contacted me about a week after I applied, and we discussed the position. Then, I received a take-home assignment with four parts, all related to web and JavaScript. It involved creating two functions, one simple and one more complex, then diagramming the complex one, and finally, working with their API. The take-home wasn't too hard if you know JavaScript. After submitting it, I interviewed with the hiring manager for the Solutions team.
