Circa Sales Representative Interview Questions
& Process

I initially connected with some sales team members at a career fair and then on LinkedIn. After that, I had a 20-minute phone interview where they mainly tried to get to know me. Then, there was an in-person interview which wasn't too difficult. For this interview, it's important to consider how your life experiences have shaped you.

So I applied online and the next morning, they asked for my university transcripts. I emailed them right away. The following day, they confirmed receiving my transcripts and set up a phone screening. On the last day, I had the phone screening. The questions they asked were already on my application, resume, and cover letter. The questions were super easy but the interviewer was really rude. They also had terrible listening skills, which made the interview tough. It's funny because it's a telecommunications company. It was a total waste of time, honestly. I expected better professionalism. After the half hour call, I knew I didn't want to work there. It left a bad impression.

after applying online they called me and i set up a Phone interview, next day they called me for a one on one interview, called me following two days and offered me and i took the poistion. easy process nothing to really be to scared about but once again it is a job interview so who isn't nervous for that. easy to talk to and the interviewer has been with the company for a long time and speaks very highly of the organization, like wise anyone in her position would. overall experience was pretty easy, nothing really to worry about
