HR reached out, though they weren't the most responsive company. They did get back to me around the interview times. The Head of Department who interviewed me was really nice. However, it took a long time to hear back about the results, and HR remained unresponsive.

So I applied for the job, and it took a while for them to get back to me after the first online assessment, which was more like games than typical logic tests. Then, out of the blue, I got a 30-minute phone interview while I was parked on the side of the road. After that, it was another couple of weeks until the virtual assessment centre. This involved a group case study in the morning where we had to make decisions based on a case and then present it, followed by a structured interview with HR in the afternoon. Once I passed that, there was a pre-final interview, which was basically a feedback session. The final interview was with senior management, pretty much one-on-one since others didn't talk much. It took 5 interviews and submitting the same info multiple times, and the whole process took about half a year.

The entire interview process is expected to last about 1 to 1.5 months, contingent on HR's efficiency in coordinating schedules. It begins with a psychometric assessment, similar to Pymetrics but utilizing Accendo. Following that is a Focus Group Discussion where a scenario is presented for group deliberation, with your performance during this discussion being the basis for evaluation. Be analytical and confident during this stage. Next, there will be an HR Interview, then a Management Interview, and finally, a BOD Interview. The interviews are not judgmental, and there's no expectation of immediate expertise in banking; an open mind and honesty are valued.
