First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CIMB Group.
Analyst
After submitting your application online, the HR team will do an initial screening. If you make the shortlist, you might have to take some psychometric and aptitude tests. For some jobs, you'll do group discussions or go to an assessment center. The HR interview is about your background, why you want to work here, and if you fit in. There's also a technical interview to check your skills for the job. Sometimes, a final interview is with senior management. If you pass everything, you'll need a medical exam before getting an offer. This whole thing can take weeks. To do well, look into CIMB Niaga’s work culture and get ready for each step.
