They have this policy that you can't interview with Cignex again within 6 months of your last interview. But I've interviewed three times in just two months! The first time, I got rejected. The second time, after a face-to-face interview, they told me I couldn't continue because I'd interviewed less than six months prior. The third time, when they found out I was serving my notice period and would be free in 10 days, they got really active. They finished my first telephonic round within 24 hours, moved me to the client interview stage, and finished everything within the next week. So, it seems that 6-month rule is applied differently sometimes.

The interview process was normal, similar to other offices. I met with 5 people: 2 were HR and 3 were technical interviewers. It was a good process overall. I received a letter 5 days later, and the joining process was smooth. Three of us were interviewed together, and 2 were selected. We are currently in the office, which is a good place to work.

I initially applied for MCA training here but was rejected. However, I was later hired by this company without any interview, and I've been here for 1.5 years, really enjoying my time.
