Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The first step was connecting with the Internal TA for a phone chat to go over my experience and some basic stuff like location and what I'm looking for salary-wise. Then, I had an interview with a couple of Delivery Leads from Shared Delivery. This part was about seeing if I'd vibe with the team and company culture, and also checking if I could actually do the job day-to-day and work well with others. They usually don't do a third interview, and after the second one, they'll let you know their decision.
- Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate and how you handled it?
- How do you keep yourself motivated when faced with doing the same tasks over and over for extended periods?
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
I got an automatic email to choose a time for a phone interview. It had some questions in English (it's important to note that the listing didn't mention conversational English was required, even though they work with US clients). The interviewer was friendly and nice, and told me they'd contact me the next week, but they haven't. The day after the phone interview, I got an automatic email saying I was rejected, which was totally unexpected and felt like a complete lack of tact and empathy. The interviewer had told me to email the address on the listing if I had any questions, but I haven't heard back about my inquiry regarding the selection process. A shame about the lack of communication and empathy.

Recruitment Specialist
Get ready for a bunch of interviews for any job here. First up is the Pre-Screen, where the first Recruiter you talk to will call you to set up a phone or video chat. Then comes the Actual Screening, where you'll probably talk to the person you'd report to directly, or maybe the boss of all the potential supervisors you could end up working under. They just wanna see which team you'd fit best on. Sometimes there's an Additional Screening, which is kinda the opposite of the 'Actual Screening'. You'll meet with another potential supervisor to either help them decide if they're on the fence about you, see if you'd be a better fit for their team, or just to double-check what they already thought. So, no matter how it shakes out, be ready for at least 2-3 interviews, and they could be on camera or off. The interviews are 50% about your personality, 25% about your skills, and 25% about how you present yourself.
- What makes you a strong candidate for this role?
- Could you share a little about yourself?
- What is your understanding of this position?
