First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cielo.
Legal Counsel
The interview process overall felt pretty reasonable and wrapped up quite quickly. Everyone I met was friendly and seemed pretty nice. The questions were behavioral, and it felt like the interviewers were trying to get to know me and see if I’d be a good fit for the team.
- Tell me about a time in your career when you had to go against your boss's wishes and explain why.
Business Development Representative
The hiring process was very efficient, initiated by their Hunters. Candidates were well-prepared by the interviewers. Required documents were clearly stated. The team acted professionally with empathetic approaches and guidance, keeping conversations on time, clear, and straight to the point.
- If you were offered this position, what value would you bring to the company?
Senior Data Analyst
The process began with registration via Gupy, followed by an HR interview, a technical case, and finally an interview with management. The HR interview was well-handled, including a presentation of the company and the specific area of the open position. I was asked to give a brief presentation about myself, my skills, and my soft skills, and there was time for questions. In the management interview, I didn't sense much interest from the interviewer; it felt more robotic and lacked many questions. It was more of a presentation of the technical case than a real interview.
- Do you know the company? What draws you to work with us?
- What is most important to you regarding a corporate environment?
- Is it easy for you to commute to the office?
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The first step was connecting with the Internal TA for a phone chat to go over my experience and some basic stuff like location and what I'm looking for salary-wise. Then, I had an interview with a couple of Delivery Leads from Shared Delivery. This part was about seeing if I'd vibe with the team and company culture, and also checking if I could actually do the job day-to-day and work well with others. They usually don't do a third interview, and after the second one, they'll let you know their decision.
- Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with a teammate and how you handled it?
- How do you keep yourself motivated when faced with doing the same tasks over and over for extended periods?
