Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CIEE (Brazil).
Administrative Assistant
The CIEE interview process begins with a resume screening. Then, they make an initial contact to confirm interest and schedule the interview. In the interview, they ask about my experience with customer service, administrative routines, and my organization and communication skills. In some cases, there's also a simple activity, like a personal presentation or a customer service simulation. Finally, they assess my behavioral profile and then inform me of the result.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage several tasks at once and still finish everything on time.
Administrative Assistant
I was invited for an interview on the same day with HR and the area manager. The process was very well structured and direct, allowing for good alignment on the role and the company's expectations. Besides the interview, there was an individual dynamic activity, where I could demonstrate my skills and way of thinking. I found the process very efficient and well organized.
- Why do you want to work at CIEE?
Auxiliar Administrativo
The hiring process included a Portuguese test, a Math test, and a writing assignment where candidates discussed themselves, their past experiences, and general life topics. This was followed by interviews with both a recruiter and management.
