Interviewer
The interview happened in a private room at the state school of Vila de Abrantes. It was a tough process, with 9 interviews in 50 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt I could express myself well in the way the recruiter was looking for.
- What is your availability?
- Do you usually handle goals well?
Administrative Assistant
The CIEE interview process begins with a resume screening. Then, they make an initial contact to confirm interest and schedule the interview. In the interview, they ask about my experience with customer service, administrative routines, and my organization and communication skills. In some cases, there's also a simple activity, like a personal presentation or a customer service simulation. Finally, they assess my behavioral profile and then inform me of the result.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage several tasks at once and still finish everything on time.
SEM Analyst
It was a simple video call interview with no major difficulties. They gave me a case study which they liked the response to. They also asked about my personal habits and professional interests, updating courses, and discussed my work style.
- Can you discuss your soft skills and familiarity with AI?
- What are your personal habits and professional interests?
- What professional development courses have you taken?
Digital Learning Instructor
I was invited to the interview via email and a message on the Gupy platform. The interview was remote, started about 10 minutes late, and was in a group format with 3 candidates and 2 interviewers. The job was advertised as in-person, but it turned out to be fully remote. The role was for a teacher, but the class description didn't mention teaching, and it wasn't very clear what profile they were looking for during the interview. They asked for a brief personal description, where I live, a summary of my professional experience, what motivated me to apply, and questions about the classroom and number of students. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience.
- What was your motivation for applying for this role?
