Franchise Business Consultant
The first step was a call with the franchise director. She didn't ask many questions and talked for 30 minutes straight about the role, saying I was a perfect fit and would easily move through the process. Then she had an in-person meeting. She was overly personal, shared a lot of information, and again spoke as if I already had the job. She mentioned the next step would be a CEO interview and that I'd get through easily. I never heard back after that and she didn't respond to texts or emails.

Cashier Stock Associate
The shift manager Greg Crotty who I interviewed with was very friendly. The General store manager Josh Peck was prompt in giving me the job requirements and salary. He was also very informative about the company and how their team works like a family. This made me feel relieved since I was 8 months pregnant and a single mother. They were very accepting and didn't discriminate against my pregnancy. Both Greg and Josh shared stories about their kids and being dads, which was uplifting. We exchanged some humor when they showed me my work shirts, one for before the baby and one for after. They discussed my maternity leave and assured me I could take as much time as I needed to recover and would be welcomed back.

Manager
I interviewed with the store owner and marketing manager, and it went really well. They called me back in two days for a second interview with a restaurant manager. This manager seemed annoyed when I got there. He kept working on his computer and had me set up chairs at my own table for the interview. The interview was basically a Q&A using a standard corporate form. I tried to follow up a week later because I hadn't heard anything, which I thought was unprofessional after investing several hours. Later, I visited the store as a customer and saw it was a mess. If that's the standard for a manager, especially one who interviews other potential managers, then that's unfortunate for the company.

Guest Greeter
I applied for the job and then called about two weeks later to get an interview. It was a really new experience for me since I haven't worked before and finding jobs isn't my strong suit. There were a lot of other people there applying for the same position. The interviewer asked some basic questions about whether I'm dependable and if I can do what the job requires.
