So there were 3 interviews in total. The first one was online and pre-recorded. The second one had two parts: a technical part and a behavioral part. The third interview involved giving a presentation to some upper executives and also doing another case study. This third interview took about 2 hours of my time.

Technical Case Behavioral Presentation

This role had a three-part interview process. The first round was a recorded interview where I talked about myself and did a market sizing question. Round 2 was over Zoom and had two parts: a standard consulting case interview, and then a personal interview about my background and goals. Round 3 involved a mock presentation. An hour before a scheduled Zoom call, I received a prompt with spreadsheet data. I had to create a presentation in that hour and then present it over Zoom. What I really liked about Cicero interviews was that the interviewers in rounds 2 and 3 were very encouraging and helpful. Their feedback in real-time really helped me perform better.

Technical Case Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty chill 3-round process, unlike other consulting firms. All video calls. Round 1 was a one-way market sizing exercise; it wasn't too hard, just needed to be quick. Round 2 was a standard case interview, and they also spent a good chunk of time on behavioral questions, which was nice for getting a feel for the company. Round 3 involved analyzing Excel data for an hour on your own, then presenting your findings to a partner and consultant/recruiter. The people were really friendly. Even though I didn't nail everything, they gave me feedback and still extended an offer. They're looking for solid work and presentation skills, not necessarily perfect interview answers.
