First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cicero Group.
Analyst
First round was a virtual interview where I had to answer a market size estimation question. I was given a prompt and some time to prep. I could re-take it as many times as I needed and go at my own pace. It was pretty easy.
- Can you estimate the market size for the waste management industry?
Programme Analyst
The interview process involved a first-round phone chat with a resume review and a quick market sizing question. Then, there were two 45-minute case studies with different employees. I didn't get to the third round, which was supposed to be a 45-minute case interview with a partner and a presentation. They were really fast in getting back to me, and honestly, it was the most helpful, friendly, and constructive non-offer I've ever had.
- What is the annual demand for rats in the US?
Analyst
The first step was a one-way HireVue interview with 5 questions. It covered standard behavioral topics and a market sizing question. You get about a minute to prep for most questions and two minutes to respond.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- Describe a situation where you exceeded expectations or went the extra mile.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in consulting, and specifically with Cicero?
