So, there are two rounds of panel interviews, and each round has 3 interviewers. The first round is all about technical stuff like financial statements, valuation methods, and they'll really dig into your resume. The second round is more behavioral, asking about teamwork, your strengths and weaknesses, and if you're a good cultural fit. They mostly use Chinese Mandarin, but they might ask you to answer some questions in English.

I applied for the GI division and went through three main parts: the initial online application, then the first round of interviews, and finally the second (which was the final) round. The application deadline was around early March. The first round happened at the end of March and consisted of two phone interviews, each about 20 minutes long. The second round was in early May and involved three interviews back-to-back, totaling about an hour.
