The interview process was pretty structured and professional. It began with an initial HR screening call where they asked about my background, motivations, and if I understood the role. After that, I had two interviews with team members or managers from the Wealth Management department.

Had 3 phone interviews with VPs and above at the bank, then a super day where I had 3 interviews back to back on the same day. Everything was over Zoom. Mostly technical questions, with a strong focus on the Chinese market.

The interview process was well-structured, and the team was very professional and engaging. The atmosphere was relaxed, which made it easier to articulate my thoughts clearly.
