It was actually great. I spoke with one young lady who asked me a series of questions, and also answered my questions. I believe this was done to see if I was a match for the position. After the screening, I was very convinced it was a good fit. A few days later, I then had an interview with Devon who made the interviewing process comfortable. She was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, it was the best interview experience I have ever had.

I applied for a job and did a phone screening and then an in-person interview with a director and manager. I liked talking with them about my experience and their company. After that, they called me to say I might be a better fit for their DC branch. I interviewed there and it was great and I got an offer. My advice is to be yourself, talk about your past experience, and be ready for scenario questions. The people I spoke with were very friendly.

I got a call for a phone interview, then they set up an in-person interview. When I got to CIBT's front desk, they sent me to Pearson company. After waiting 10 mins, the Pearson rep told me I was at the wrong place. She walked me back to CIBT, and the front desk people apparently didn't know about my interview. The CIBT rep told me to sit down and wait for papers to sign. After 15 mins, another lady gave me a whole application to fill out. Then, about 10 mins later, a third lady came out and said my interview was at 9:00. I explained I was sent to the wrong company and had been waiting. She said they had a meeting and couldn't interview me. I expressed my frustration about not knowing earlier. That was it – no apology, no reschedule. My hour commute was wasted. The reps who sent me to the wrong place saw it all and didn't say anything. This company is totally unprofessional. Despite bad reviews, I gave them a shot and wasted my time. They were hiring for the same job the next day on Indeed. I suspect racial bias. Don't work here. Everyone seemed unhappy, overworked, and stressed. The manager's English was poor.
