I went through three rounds. The first two were technical. The first technical round involved writing code on paper, and the second focused on programming and project-specific questions. The third round was a managerial interview, which I didn't pass.

I found the job on job portals and got a response in about a week. A recruiter then gave me a call to talk about the role, how long it is, and what benefits I'd get if hired, plus the salary. After that, they set up an interview with the Team Lead and Project Manager. The Project Manager called me around 7:00 PM CST, even though the interview was scheduled for about 5:00 PM. It was a 30-minute phone interview.
