You apply online and if you're a good fit, a recruiter will reach out. The first round is a pre-screening where they ask typical questions like 'tell me about yourself', about budgets, projects you've delivered, and business cases. The second round is an interview with a director and a specialist, with harder, role-specific questions. The third round is with the VP, where how you speak matters and they mainly care about the projects you've delivered and the value you've created.

I applied and got an interview invite from the recruiter. I had a 30min interview with her. A few days later, I got an invite for a second stage interview with two Senior Project Managers. There was supposed to be a third stage with a Director, but I didn't make it that far. I did get an email from the Director and had a quick chat with him, and he told me they had to go with an internal candidate. It was a good experience overall, but the feedback after the second stage took a long time.

The first interview was a phone screen that lasted about 15 minutes. If I was selected, the second interview was a 2-hour Teams meeting with 4 people, including the hiring manager. I didn't hear back after that. I got a rejection letter 5 months after the interview.
