The interview process was quite straightforward, though it was a while ago and my memory is a bit hazy. The initial screening was just okay. The interviewers were experienced, but the questions they asked weren't the typical ones, which was a bit intimidating.

HR sent an email to set up a 1-hour phone interview. If I passed the first round, HR would arrange an in-person 1-hour interview with me, the hiring manager, and HR. The interview was at the hiring manager's office, but I had to go to a different floor first for the receptionist to check me in and call the hiring manager. The hiring manager then came to get me from the other floor and brought me to her office. The interview was an hour long. The hiring manager asked about my job qualifications and how they fit the job posting. HR asked behavioral questions, like how I handled difficult situations at work.

The interview process for the Senior Manager role started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen. Then, there was an onsite interview where I was asked several questions about my strengths and weaknesses, my five-year goals, the current political situation in India and Canada, and what my next three priorities would be if hired. I was also asked about my most successful project in the last 20 years.
