Had an initial phone screen that lasted about 45 minutes, they wanted to see if I was a good fit and check my personality. About a week later, I had an in-person interview. It was a panel with 4 managers who have experience with Salesforce. They asked really specific and thorough questions. The interview was scheduled for an hour and that's exactly how long it took.
