So, there were 4 rounds in total. It started with an HR Screening, then I had a 1:1 with the Sr. Manager, followed by another 1:1 with the Director. The final round was a Panel Round with the team and the Senior Director. Make sure you're really solid on your resume, have STAR answers ready, know why you want to join, and be prepared for some technical stuff relevant to the team's work.
- What unique value do you offer compared to other applicants?

The process kicked off with an HR call to get a feel for my background and what I'm aiming for career-wise. After that, there was a technical or case-based part to see how I tackle problems and if I know my stuff. Then came one or more chats with the team or managers where they asked about my past experiences, how I work with others, and if I'd fit in. They were pretty good with communication, and I got to ask my own questions and figure out the team vibe.
- Could you introduce yourself and walk me through your responsibilities in your past jobs?
Senior Consultant
It started with a few basic questions, then moved into some in-depth SQL and Python questions, along with a few scenario-based ones. Overall, there was a good mix of question types, with a particular emphasis on SQL and Azure. Behavioral questions were saved for the second round.
