I applied via LinkedIn to a CI&T role. First, there was a brief AI interview on WhatsApp where I answered four questions. Then, the HR team contacted me for an introductory meeting to present myself to the company. After that, I had a technical meeting with a current employee and finally, a meeting with the client. If I passed all these stages, the offer comes next.

Behavioral Technical

The first interview was through WhatsApp with an AI that asked four questions to be answered by audio. After that, I had a conversation with the recruiter, tech lead, and a senior developer on the project. They asked about my career and technical experience, focusing on my background and how it fits the project rather than specific technologies.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I sent my WhatsApp and we scheduled an interview to introduce myself and for technical questions. The interview lasted a little over an hour. I didn't move forward because they said the role required a higher seniority. The recruiter was excellent from the start, very attentive. The interview with the system architect was also conducted very well, which eased the tension of the moment. They asked various questions about cloud, AWS, unit tests, integration tests, messaging, and IaC.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • What cloud platforms have you worked with before?
  • Could you describe your experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS?
  • Tell me about your experience with unit testing.
