First there was an AI stage, then with HR and the hiring manager, and finally with the client. Throughout the process, the recruiter provided very quick feedback, and the whole process took about 10 days. It was quick after the HR interview.

I applied via LinkedIn for a role that had been posted that same day. The next day, they contacted me via WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, HR sent me company information, all the benefits, and asked if I had any questions. Then, they sent me 7 questions about the role to assess profile fit. After I sent my answers, 4 business days later, I received another message on WhatsApp scheduling a technical interview. The interview took place on Google Meet with two project managers and an HR representative. The interview lasted about 40 minutes, and the questions focused on my experiences. The whole process was very light and relaxed. There was no need to be nervous because at all times the company made me feel comfortable with the recruitment and selection process.

The interview process itself was good and agile, with straightforward interviews and a calm environment. They sent an offer with values below my salary expectations and with benefits that were worse than what I already had, and even so, they continued with the process until the end. They could have informed me in the first contact if I would accept participating in the selection process knowing that the offered salary would be lower than what I was asking for.
